USA Returns
- Please follow the prompts and include your order confirmation # and use the same email address that you placed your order with.
- You will be able to download and print the return label directly from your web browser.
- You will also receive the return label to the email address you entered from gmus-noreply@dhl.com. Please make sure to check your junk inbox.
- Mail the parcel at a USPS Post Office, drop it in a collection box, leave it with a letter carrier or schedule a free carrier pickup here. Please follow the USPS instructions on the return label to make sure your package arrives back to us.
UK Returns
- Please follow the prompts and include your order confirmation # and use the same email address that you placed your order with.
- You have 2 options to make your return:
- You can receive a barcode to your email that you will bring to your preferred DHL ServicePoint who will scan in store for you.
- You will receive a return label to your email that you can print from home and then drop off your parcel at your preferred DHL ServicePoint.
- You will receive both methods above to your email address you entered from no-reply@dhlreturns.narvar.com. Please make sure to check your junk inbox. To locate a ServicePoint near you click here.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Your item will be inspected once received back to us and we will then issue you a refund for the item if it meets our return policy.
