- We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 from order date to start a return. Please follow the steps below in how to return your item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- All returns are inspected upon receipt by our team, if the above criteria are not met, we are unable to issue a refund. The refund amount will be returned minus the original shipping and return amounts.
- Orders not processed through the Return Portal will not be processed and packages will be refused.
- Do not attach customs documents on top of the shipping label

- When you proceed through our portal, you will find the option to choose a carrier.
- When we receive your return, we will refund the amount, and you will receive a notification email. This will take normally up to 5 business days from the date our warehouse receives the return parcel.
Rest Of World (Outside of UK) customers:

- Customer is responsible to arrange and choose their own carrier and postage. Please drop off at your preferred post office.
