If you are a citizen of the UK or EU you have a 14 day “cooling-off period” in which you can cancel your order with us and receive a full refund of amounts paid (including the cost of our “standard” shipping option) The cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your order, and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A refund (product + standard shipping cost) will be processed once the return is received at our facility.
Please note return fees are not included in the refund and the return label must be generated and paid by the customer.
