If your delivery address is within the United Kingdom, no additional taxes will be charged to you. Orders shipped to countries outside the UK may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties, and local fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are borne by the recipient; we will not accept liability for any such costs, and we have no control over these charges. We are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for any country outside the UK as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even items, and so we recommend you consult your local customs website for more information.

Important Information About Import Duties and Delivery Times
As of May 2, 2025, the U.S. has ended the de minimis exemption for imports from China, meaning shipments valued under $800 may now be subject to tariffs.
What This Means for Your Order
- Potential Import Duties: Shipments may now incur tariffs.
- Potential Delays: Shipments may experience longer transit times due to increased customs processing requirements. This includes more stringent checks and documentation, which can lead to multi-day delays.
- Payment of Duties and Taxes: If your shipment is subject to import duties or taxes, you will be notified by the shipping provider. The shipping provider will request payment directly through them on behalf of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) before your shipment can be released. Payments can typically be made online, by phone, or by mail. If payment is not made, shipments will ship back to sender.

How are Duties and Taxes calculated?

- Your package will be returned to the sender.
